In the process of making mechanism charcoal for energy-based products, it is mainly divided into two parts: shaping and carbonization. Fusheng has three advantages: raw material selection, advanced equipment and mature technology. It extracts five products from one kind of raw material, namely, naphtha, mechanism charcoal, process charcoal, wood tar chemical products, combustible gas or electricity. These five products greatly increase the profit of making charcoal. After a series of equipment production and processing, the value orientation of frugality, restraint, efficiency and profit maximization has been achieved.
Fusheng has been continuously developing and improving these equipment in the past 12 years. How can Fusheng reduce its cost, reduce energy consumption and produce more valuable products? More importantly, besides extracting the carbonized flue gas for power generation as a combustible gas, the kiln can emit a lot of heat during carbonization. Collecting and utilizing the steam supply for heating and distillation of dryers will save one third of the energy consumption cost, two-thirds of the land area and four-fifths of the labor cost in the process of carbon making, and will become a revolution of biomass energy utilization beyond the carbon making industry.
Environmental protection and profit are synchronized
It is said that charcoal making is dirty and polluting. In fact, what we do is environmental protection. It is not only on the premise of profitability, but also on the premise of environmental protection and energy saving.
Indeed, the use of renewable energy will save coal, oil and other non-renewable energy, on the other hand, reduce pollution emissions. The development and utilization of biomass, water, wind and solar energy is itself an environmental protection industry. The state has strong support and incentive policies for this. Fusheng's research and development of biomass utilization has reached a near-perfect level. The mechanism charcoal production line for forestry waste uses one waste and five products, while the straw forestry waste is used to produce briquette fuel, i.e. biomass particles. Fusheng's integrated granulation line can produce 20-500 tons of granules every day. Feeding, drying, shaping, cooling, dust removal and packing do not need manual operation at all. The development of biomass briquette fuel equipment and technology is not the whole utilization of straw biomass energy by Fusheng. Fusheng synchronously studied biomass gasifier burner uses the combustion technology of biomass particulate semi-gasification to achieve complete combustion, discharge up to the standard and pollution-free. It can be used for drying, heating, boiler heating water and steam supply in industry, enterprises and institutions to replace traditional coal and firewood. Oil, natural gas and other fuels, in comparison, this saves fuel costs for energy-using units, diesel and electricity saving 60-70%, natural gas saving 40-50%.

After the government banned cutting trees and burning charcoal, Li Guande began to invest in the production mechanism of sawdust waste charcoal. Fusheng not only develops technology and equipment, but also explores and improves all the equipment in the process of continuous use. "We use our own equipment first, but we continue to improve the shortcomings, until we achieve the ultimate, then release and sell it to the outside world."
